Dear Sturbridge Dealer,
We're getting ready for Show Time! And
do we ever have a great line up of dealers…as well
as collectors, coming to see YOU!
Hotel Reservations: Please make your room
reservations at once. Sturbridge Host Hotel on Cedar
Lake, 366 Main Street/Route 20, Sturbridge, Massachusetts.
508.347.7393 My suggestion: call during first shift
7 a.m to 4 p.m. East Coast Time.
Set up: Saturday, May 31 1 p.m. in the Exhibition
Hall. The Preview is from 7 p.m. til 10 p.m. The snack
bar will be open so you'll have a chance to eat before
the Preview.
Sales Tax: Everyone MUST collect and remit
Massachusetts Sales Tax…your tax number from your
home state is not valid. Contact Robin Kuszewski (508)792.7300
ext 22435 and she'll fill out your form with you.
Or write: Mass Dept of Revenue, 40 Southbridge St.,
Worcester, MA 01608.
Electricity: You already have received a form
or I have included one with this letter. Return it
to the Host Hotel, NOT TO ME, if you need electricity.
It's $35 - their rules, not mine…do bring extension
cords, especially if you have more than one table.
You may still order electricity when you arrive at
the show, but pick up a form at the registration table
and bring it to me immediately upon arrival.
Extra stuff:
* Please distribute show cards to your best customers,
other shows and miniature shops in your area. If you
need more, contact me.
* Please post online on The Camp or Small Stuff Digest
to let miniaturists know that you're going to be at
New England's largest show. Don't belong to one? Then
join!

Friday, May 30 from 4-7 Everyone is invited
to the home of Jeannine LeTourneau in Charlton, about
15 minutes from the hotel, to view a wonderful miniatures
exhibit sponsored by the local group, the Cellar Dwellers.
$5 pp, includes refreshments. Reserve with Diane Holmes,

Saturday night May 31, after the Preview:
I'm having a Pizza Party…let me know if you're coming.
Soda and beer provided, BYOB otherwise.
Sunday Night June 1 after Breakdown: We'll
get together for dinner at the historic Publick House.
